SOFTVELOP GOES GREEN – UND PFLANZT BÄUME FÜR JEDEN PROJEKTTAG

Sustainability is the talk of the moment. Whilst many merely speak on the topic, we are actively reducing the CO2 emissions emitted during our travels as consultants. In doing so, we’re discovering new ways to be proactive: together with Regionalverband Ruhr Grün, we are giving life to many new trees being planted near Haltern am See, located in between Münster and the Ruhr area. The Idea: Every day for which we as Softvelop employees are deployed in a customer project, we pledge to plant a tree. This not only includes on-site, but also remote, and homeoffice deployments!

In doing so we wish to not only reduce the carbon footprint induced by our business travels, but also give back to the environment around us. More trees equal less CO2 - as well as giving more opportunities for insects, birds, and further small animals to expand their habitats.
